My stay at Hotel Pamphili was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Stefano, the customer relations manager, set the tone with his unparalleled hospitality, ensuring every aspect of my stay was memorable. The reception staff echoed this warmth, making me feel truly welcomed. The genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff, from Dana's ( lady from Colombia ) radiant charm at breakfast to the attentive service at the restaurant, left a lasting impression. The lady who checked us in for breakfast was helpful and kind too, often on hand to help me order a freshly made omelet to my taste. Speaking of the restaurant, the dining experience was a culinary delight, with each dish, from the Focaccia Mediterrane to the Filetto Maiale, surpassing expectations. The spacious and impeccably clean room provided a haven of comfort, while the unexpected opening of the outdoor pool added a touch of luxury to my stay. And let's not forget the indulgent couples massage at the spa, a perfect way to unwind. While the location required a short commute to central Rome, the ease of access via taxi (around €15) tram, or bus (€2) made exploring the city effortless. Plus, discovering the nearby Love Park was a delightful bonus. Though minor, the absence of an iron in the room was a slight inconvenience, but it didn't detract from the overall stellar experience. In conclusion, my time at Hotel Pamphili exceeded all expectations, and I eagerly anticipate my next stay at this gem in Rome. I’ll be back! Highly recommended!

.Hotel Villa Pamphili was our first stay in Europe, and the standard was set high. My family and I loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. All the staff were friendly and quick to help with any requests or enquiries. The rooms were clean and the facilities were amazing. The front desk staff were professional and very helpful. Giorgio, Danielle, and Valentina always had a smile and were eager to help (well-spoken English). Eg.  There was a noise coming from the air-conditioning, Giorgio organised a techicisn within 30 min, it was fixed. They helped us with travel / attraction advice and spent quality time explaining everything in detail. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with a wide selection of food. Katerina made the best coffee, friendly and smiling, even when I asked for an oat latte with my coffee LOL. The pool was incredible, large, clean, and the pool staff were friendly and helpful. Our floor level (level 2) had a fresh chilled  water filter dispenser near the lifts, great for filling our bottles. Location is a short taxi drive into the city centre ($15 -$20 euro) depending on the time and location. The taxi to the Vatican area was $11 euro. I highly recommend Hotel Villa Pamphili for your Rome stay and will be back again.

Hotel was perfect, couldnt fault it at all. Travelled 2 Adults and 4 Teenagers. I requested rooms beside each other and this was fufilled no problem. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Pool was a welcome addition, as it was 38 degrees during our stay. It was clean and well kept, pool bar was a brilliant addition. Pool towels are supplied by life guard who is always on duty. If anyone left their towels on a bed in the morning to reserve it, and didnt turn up within a few hours, the lifeguard lifted the towels and freed up the beds. This was great. Rooms large and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. Complimentary refreshments in the room fridge were nice touch. Hotel staff were great help, never a problem with answering questions and getting us taxis into the city. Normally around €25 for 6 seater taxi each way. Walking wasn't an option in the heat!! Taxis were cheaper that the shuttle bus which was €5 per person, and it only left you off at one destination in the centre, and didnt run many times during the day. All in all I'd definitely reccomend anyone to stay here, and I'll hopefully be back again.

On arrival the Hotel is very well presented with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. We had booked a family room and were upgraded at no extra charge to a suite which was wonderful. The foyer, bar and general layout is exceptional and we all felt very relaxed and comfortable. The room was large and had great facilities and the view was amazing overlooking the pool. The pool itself is simply the best in Rome so if you want to cool off during summer months you have to book THIS hotel. The restaurant’s were excellent and the food was very good and would highly recommend this hotel to families! The hotel offers a shuttle at 5 euro to Rome city centre so the hotel is simply the best base to stay and explore the eternal city if you have kids. Superb hotel and hats off to the Pamphili team, we loved our stay and was so well looked after!

The location of the hotel, next to the huge park Villa Doria Pamphilj, enchanting in spring with its blooming trees, was an unexpected contrast to the crowded centre of Rome. For people who enjoy walking, it is possible to reach the popular Trastevere neighbourhood and even the Vatican by crossing the park. Alternatively, using the shuttle or a taxi was not a problem. The hotel was recently refurbished, with tastefully designed interior and a spacious, well maintained outdoor pool area. The restaurant had a relatively small menu, good selection of wines – I liked that just having pizza was not frowned upon. – Special mention to the staff which managed to create a welcoming atmosphere, particularly at the reception and the restaurant. Good mix of guests, different nationalities, children had enough freedom without disturbing other guests.
